These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between dd678 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("you", "the Player", "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the dd678 online betting and gaming platform accessible at dd678.io and any associated subdomains or mobile interfaces (collectively, "the Platform").

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to verification status. During peak periods or following unusual account activity, processing times may be extended without liability to dd678.
• dd678 does not accept deposits made using credit facilities, loans, or any borrowed funds. Players must only deposit funds that they can afford to lose.
• Any deposit made through a payment method subsequently found to be fraudulent, stolen, or used without authorisation will result in the immediate suspension of the account and forfeiture of all associated funds pending investigation.

The following general rules govern all sports betting activity on the dd678 Platform. Game-specific and market-specific rules are published separately in the Game Information section of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• All bets are placed at the odds displayed at the time of bet confirmation. Odds are subject to change before confirmation; the odds applicable to a bet are those confirmed at the moment the bet is accepted by the dd678 system.
• A bet is not valid until you have received a bet confirmation reference number from the dd678 system. Bets placed during system outages, communication failures, or latency errors may be voided at dd678's discretion.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
• You must not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any dd678 content without express prior written authorisation from dd678.
• Screen-scraping, data mining, automated data extraction, or any other systematic retrieval of content from the Platform is strictly prohibited.
• Third-party game content displayed on the Platform (including game artwork, sounds, and software) is the property of the respective game studio and is subject to that studio's separate licensing terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, dd678 excludes all liability for the following categories of loss or damage, whether arising in contract, tort (including negligence), or otherwise:

• Any loss of funds arising from the outcome of any bet or game played on the Platform, including losses resulting from data errors, odds feed latency, or game result disputes where dd678's determination is made in accordance with the published rules.
• Any loss or damage arising from Platform downtime, server failures, maintenance windows, third-party infrastructure disruptions, or force majeure events including natural disasters, civil unrest, or governmental intervention.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive loss, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
• Any loss arising from the player's reliance on information, odds, or statistics displayed on the Platform for purposes other than placing wagers on the Platform.
• Any loss arising from unauthorised access to a player's account where the player has failed to take reasonable precautions to protect their login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit dd678's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Either party may terminate the agreement created by these Terms at any time. The following provisions apply to account termination:

• You may close your dd678 account at any time by submitting a written request to the customer support team. Any eligible balance will be returned to you via your verified withdrawal method within 5 to 10 business days, subject to completion of all outstanding verification requirements.
• dd678 may suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if you breach any provision of these Terms, if dd678 suspects fraudulent or illegal activity, or if dd678 is required to do so by applicable law or regulatory direction.
• Upon closure for breach, dd678 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending the outcome of an investigation. Where fraud, money laundering, or other unlawful activity is confirmed, balances may be forfeited in full.
• Following voluntary account closure in good standing, dd678 will retain your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy and applicable data retention obligations.

dd678 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. The following process applies to amendments:

• Material amendments will be notified to registered players via the email address on file at least 7 days before the revised Terms take effect. Non-material amendments (such as typographical corrections or clarifications that do not alter your rights) may take effect immediately upon publication.
• Continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your unconditional acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If you do not accept any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request account closure before the effective date of the amendment. Balances will be returned in accordance with the closure provisions in Section 12.

• If a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, dd678 may refer the dispute to an independent third-party adjudicator. The adjudicator's determination shall be final and binding on both parties.
• Nothing in this section affects your statutory consumer rights under the laws of your country of residence.
